A classic example of why it’s always better to be clear on what a client does and doesn’t want before contacting the press, this one has been doing the rounds amongst journalists and influencers on Twitter for the last couple of days. “Here’s a great story about a high-profile UK brewery teaming up with a controversial US counterpart”. “Oh no, actually ignore that.” Oh dear.
