Sometimes the best things you see in seven days are GIFs shared on Twitter that perfectly summarise the thoughts of a nation within the context of tax avoidance. This is one of those times.
We’re not sure if this should be the low point or actually the high in terms of hilarity. Professionally speaking, though, your dog using the fireplace as a toilet in the middle of a live TV broadcast from the France’s political epicentre is probably not what anyone was looking for.

- Facebook has added new options to its polls, including the ability to drop GIFs into the mix, significantly improving design and visibility.
- The BBC has abandoned plans to make £10million worth of cuts to local radio, citing how the rise in fake news has made regional broadcast more important than ever.
